No VAT will be added to your account

  1. We reserve the right to substitute materials or colours only if absolutely necessary

  2. All measurements quoted are approximate

  3. When ordering please advise us of the date of your event

  4. Turnaround Time - Please allow at least 10 working days from September to March and longer during April to August

  5. Minimum Order Charge - £10.00

  6. £10.00 surcharge on orders to be dispatched within 5 working days

  7. Accounts will be invoiced directly to the person placing the order, unless we are advised otherwise

  8. Payment Terms - All orders must be paid for on collection or prior to dispatch.

  9. Rosettes will be dispatched on receipt of payment

  10. To avail of our Winter Discount, payment must accompany order

  11. Delivery by either carrier or post will be charged at cost

  12. Carriage will not be charged on orders over £750

  13. Orders may be sent by special delivery due to lack of time or on request and will be charged accordingly

  14. In the event of unavoidable changes in terms and conditions or prices, advance warning will be given where possible

  15. Although we cannot accept responsibility for goods after dispatch, we take every possible precaution to allow them to arrive at their destination on time and in perfect condition
